2. The petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2016 in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act and also Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on account of political rivalry as admittedly he was victorious in the Zila Parishad Election. Except being named in the first information report, there is no specific overt act against the petitioner whatsoever. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2016.
