2. This contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 16.02.2018 passed in CWJC No. 272 of 2018 whereby, the respondents have been directed to examine the claim of the petitioner for payment of salary.

3. Opposite party No. 7 has filed a show-cause wherein, in paragraph No. 9 it has been stated that the case of the petitioner was verified and it was found that the petitioner was not appointed as Panchayat Teacher in N.P.S. Mayapur and accordingly no salary could be paid.

4. In that view of the matter, this contempt petition shall stands closed and disposed off.
