The petitioner has challenged the legality/validity of notice dated 28.02.2025 issued by the respondent No.3 by which the authority has asked some clarification from the petitioner and petitioner without filing an application has moved before this Court and thereafter the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit stating therein that he has filed reply to
Patna High Court CWJC No.5048 of 2025(2) dt.03-04-2025 2/2 the aforesaid notice to the authority concerned on 28.02.2025.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that when the matter is pending before the authority concerned for consideration of the reply to the notice of the petitioner and matter is still pending before the authority concerned.
4. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the aforesaid, this writ application stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the reply to the notice of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass a speaking and necessary order after hearing all concerned within a period of three months.
