JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting and torturing to the complainant for non fulfillment of demand of additional dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant. The husband of the complainant had expired and the petitioners have forcibly made the complainant to leave the house. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they are ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 1500/- every month in the court below,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44483 of 2014 (6) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 which shall be released in favour of the complainant. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the complaint petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners are directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 1500/- every month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant.

Let, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2248 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
