In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 376, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POSCO Act. The allegation has been made against the petitioner, who has put five years girl for sexual assault. When the girl has come out it was found that the blood was oozing from her private part and she was admitted in the hospital. Look to the nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32670 of 2016 (2) dt.22-08-2016 2/2 The court below is directed to complete the trial within stipulated period in terms of POSCO Act and submit the report to this Court.

The Superintendent of Police, Gaya and the District Magistrate, Gaya are also directed to produce all the prosecution witnesses including the official witnesses before the court below on the date fixed for the case.
