The petitioners seek bail in Garhpura P.S. Case No.80 of 2018, registered under Sections 308, 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioners along with seven other accused persons and 10 to 12 unknown persons and alleged that while the accused persons were constructing house, they assaulted the informant, his son and other family members. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioners. The injuries caused to the informant are simple in nature. There is a counter version being Garhpura P.S. Case No.81 of 2018. On account of land dispute, the occurrence took place.
