====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 256 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 120B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute between the parties. There is no specific allegation for assault against the petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a different Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.09.2018 and 06.08.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 39021 of 2018 and Criminal Misc. No. 33303 of 2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.06.2018.

No.58257 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, district Rohtas in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 256 of 2017.
