Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhouliya P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and he has been implicated in this case falsely merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner never demanded any dowry nor ever assaulted the deceased. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 23.05.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58305 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Majhouliya P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018.
