From a hut belonging to Mohan Rai, excise official recovered altogether 74.500 litres of foreign liquor (Indian origin) and during course thereof, the petitioner (Sunil Kumar) and others (Dipak Rai and Vijay Mandal) were apprehended on the pretext of facilitating sale of wine as well as having been under intoxication.

The petitioner is under custody since 12.02.2020 having clean antecedent as per para 3 of the petition. Consequent thereupon, the petitioner, Sunil Kumr is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
