3. The prosecution case in brief is that on 04.09.2019 at about 09:00 PM, while the informant and his son after taking feast went to his plot situated near Chakand Railway Station and due to this reason, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, arrived there armed with iron rod and assaulted the informant and his son, due to which they sustained several injuries. As a matter of fact, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, informant, his son and other family members themselves came and entered the house of the petitioners and started abusing them and also assaulted them and other family members with lathi and danda, for which an F.I.R. bearing Chakand P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019 was lodged against the informant, his son and others and in retaliation, this false and concocted case has been registered. It is further submitted that the injuries allegedly caused by these petitioners have been opined to be simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of injuries sustained by the injured and clean antecedents of the petitioners, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed.
