Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.06.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22928 of 2016 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation co-accused Rohit Das has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.06.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21005 of 2016. petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and, therefore, to maintain parity of justice, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Majahidpur P.S.Case No. 181 of 2016.
