====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324 and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity and dispute for money between the parties. Petitioner has no concern with the victim girl. Neither any such occurrence ever took place nor there is any eye witness of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58280 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018.
