Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 47A of the Excise Act.

48 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor containing 180 ml each were recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 10.6.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in Chapra Rail P.S.
