The petitioner seeks bail in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 197/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is lady. There is general and omnibus allegation against her. She is in custody since 27.05.2018. It is submitted that husband of petitioner is already in custody.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
