Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barhariya P.S. Case No. 206 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 and 308 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with liquor in question. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 206 of 2018.
