2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is the distant relative of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him. The petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2024.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.
