Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present modification application as the petitioner has already been taken into judicial custody in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 697 of 2016, pending in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19365 of 2020(3) dt.16-03-2021 2/2 court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present modification application is dismissed as withdrawn.
