Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 354 and 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity and land dispute. No explanation has been given regarding three days delay in lodging of F.I.R. He has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.07.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
