JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The truck of the petitioner was under seize of the police and allegation is that the petitioner fled away alongwith the truck. Police is informant of this case. The nature of allegation reveals the conduct and negligence of the police also.
