2. The present petition has been filed for quashing the FIR of Bahera P.S. Case No. 245 of 2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 385, 307 and 120B IPC.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the averments in the FIR are manifestly untenable and as such the same is liable to be quashed.

4. Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that after due investigation charge sheet has since been submitted by the police.

6. The writ petitions stands dismissed.

7. Needless to say that the petitioners are always at liberty to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate forum against the order of cognizance, if passed.
