Petitioner seeks bail in Case No.C2/407 of 2018/330 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Counsel for the petitioner submits that total 36 litres Nepali Saufi liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 04.08.2018 having clean antecedents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58241 of 2018 (2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No.C2/407 of 2018/330 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
