JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 358 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 307, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that after Sonu Kumar inflicted sword injury on the head of Meena Devi, she became unconscious and thereafter the petitioner assaulted with Dab on her mouth.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 28.1.2020.

Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Saran, Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 358 of 2019.
