JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'CrPC') has been filed for quashing of the first information report in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No.200 of 2013 dated 3.10.2013.
It is submitted by Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the aforesaid FIR was instituted on the basis of a complaint which was referred to the police under Section 156(3) of the CrPC for investigation.
It has fairly been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the present application before this Court the police have completed investigation and submitted its report under Section 173(2) of the CrPC wherein it
