ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.89 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations, if any, are against the husband of the deceased and there is no whisper with regard to torture by the petitioner in any manner whatsoever.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and the fact that the petitioner is an old man having fragile state of

No.20280 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 health, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.89 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
