The learned counsel for the petitioners, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application with liberty to raise all issues at the time of framing of charge, if charges till date have not been framed as it has been submitted that police after investigation submitted final form and also came to a considered conclusion that the dispute involved was civil in nature. It is further submitted that a civil dispute has been given a criminal colour as it would manifest
