ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-02-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 6.8.2010 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in Mahnar P.S. case No.147 of 2009 (G.R. case No.4232 of 2009), by which he has cancelled bail bond of the Petitioners on the ground that the Petitioners had been initially granted bail since the case was under bailable offences but subsequently when charge sheet was submitted under Section 302 I.P.C. they were required to surrender. The Petitioners are directed to appear before the court below which shall consider the decision of this Court in the case of Mahendra Pd. Singh versus The State of Bihar reported in 2004(3) PLJR 491 and pass appropriate order.
