This application has been filed for restoration of the Cr. Misc. No. 992 of 2020 which was dismissed in default on 24.2.2020 for non-compliance of the order dated 17.2.2020. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter on 6.3.2020 have been complied with and the petitioner has filed fresh copies of page nos. 129, 132 and 138 to 142 as also typed copies thereof.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the
