The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 325 of 2016 arising out of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 384 of 2015 registered under sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 328, 498-A/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of 13th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari. Later on, section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

Earlier, prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected by this Court on 27.02.2017 vide Cr. Misc. No. 50520 of 2016 considering the nature of allegations. On perusal of the report at Flag A, it appears that out of 10 witnesses, 6 witness have already been examined and the Doctor and I.O. are yet to be examined. Now, no fresh

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20555 of 2019(4) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 ground is made out on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner to grant him on regular bail.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

However, Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months.
