The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 1414 of 2019 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. It is alleged in the written report that 12 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 8.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18787 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise at Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 1414 of 2019 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
