2. On 30.08.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects within four weeks as also on 07.10.2025 four weeks further time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defects as pointed by the stamp reporter but no defects has been removed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Even today, on repeated calls, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

4. However, in the interest of justice, this application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
