Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

One motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the house of petitioner no.1 and on the basis of his information, eight stolen motorcycles are said to have been recovered from an abandoned place. One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the house of petitioner no.2.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, prayer for bail of petitioner no.1, namely, Md. Aftab Alam stands rejected. So far as petitioner
