2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 293 of 2023 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., it is alleged that the photo of the petitioner pasted on Aadhaar Card and in the Admit Card issued by B.P.S.C., Patna was found to be different and by committing forgery, petitioner got appointment in B.P.S.C. Teacher Examination.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that after verification of the documents from the level of B.P.S.C.,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29121 of 2024(6) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 petitioner was duly appointed to the post of Teacher, but later on, same have been declared forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, during pendency of this case, petitioner has already been terminated from service. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Saharsa in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 293 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
