Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39328 of 2011 (12) dt.23-02-2016 2/2 P.S. Case No.39 of 2011 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, and of Tr. No.5925 of 2011 pending before Sri Pramod Kumar Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bhojpur at Ara, between the same parties are also hereby quashed on the ground of amicable settlement.

The application stands allowed.
