The petitioners seek bail in Mushahari P.S.Case No.23 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 304(B), 34 of the I.P.C.
Accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and disposing of the dead body stealthily by her husband and in-laws. Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the daughter of the informant committed suicide and thereafter her dead body was cremated with the help of villagers and the informant, father of the deceased. He further submits that both the petitioners are father - in -law and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62476 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 brother-in-law of the deceased and they are in custody since 11.05.2018. Further submission is that the husband of the deceased is already in custody since 18.05.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.
