The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 176 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 461, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code (C.R.I. No. 2392/2018). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft Rs.1000/- in medical store and Micromax Mobile in general store.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
