Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 being maternal-uncle and maternal-aunt of the husband of the victim whereas petitioner nos.3 and 4 being sons of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 328, 304B of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within three months of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family and the petitioners claim to be separate

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35350 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 from the husband of the victim.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbisganj P.S. Case No.206 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
