The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kazimohammandpur P.S. Case No. 07/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code.

Recovery of illicit liquor is from the open space behind the Satsang Colony near Kali Temple which is accessible to general public.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Court No. 1, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kazimohammandpur P.S. Case No. 07/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
