Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the father's name of the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 Pintu Yadav and Adhik Yadav was typed in his petition as Taxi Yadav @ Maheshwar Yadav but in order dated 27.08.2021 in Cr. Misc No. 1102 of 2021 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, their father's name has been typed as Laxman

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22902 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 Yadav and in last paragraph of that order instead of A.C.J.M. Sheikhpura it has been typed mistakenly as A.C.J.M., Patna. The above-mentioned errors appears to be clerical one and it is rectified as per submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners. As such, the modification petition is allowed. The petitioners Pintu Yadav and Adhik Yadav are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order in the court below.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
