Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested to make necessary correction in the paragraph no. 7 of the petition in the course of the day with regard to the date of judicial custody of the petitioner.

Permission is accorded.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023 dated 30.01.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioner are that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 31.01.2023 and he has fair and clean antecedent, in actual

No.20717 of 2023(2) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 he went with the so called victim to the guest house concerned to celebrate birthday party and the said fact finds place in the order impugned itself and main co-accused Gopal Prasad Agrawal, carrying similar nature of allegation, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20977 of 2023. Further submission is that the petitioner is a young person and against him the investigation has been completed.

Learned APP for the State opposes the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the above submissions as well as the above defence and petitioner's young age and his fair and clean antecedent, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of concerned Court in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023.
