The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 191 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 326A, 504, 506/34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation in the First Information Report that petitioner caused burn injury to the husband of the informant by chemical liquid. The injury report has been annexed wherein the doctor has stated that the injury has been caused by mild diluted chemical.

In the impugned order it has come that the petitioner had thrown chemical liquid on the victim due to which he

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
