The petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law of the victim. No specific overt act has been leveled against her. She is languishing in jail custody since 19.6.2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the parties, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P. S. Case no. 468 of 2011.
