This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report is against unknown with allegation of commission of robbery.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner was implicated on information of the spy though the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and even after arrest nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on test identification parade and charge sheet was submitted against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 544 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, or successor Court.
