2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.07.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge10th, Saran at Chapra in Sessions Trial No. 534 of 2016, arising out of Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 235 of 2014.

3. Vide order dated 28.04.2026, a report regarding present status of case was called for and the same was sent vide Letter No. 62 dated 05.05.2026 by the learned Trial Court. As per the said report of the learned Trial Court, it is stated that Sessions Trial No. 534 of 2016, arising out of Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 235 of 2014 has already been disposed of on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64440 of 2018(3) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 04.02.2025 and the accused persons have been acquitted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

6. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
