Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 313 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 224, 225, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concerned with the alleged occurrence and he has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 04.01.2016.
