JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner is named in the first information report but it is specific case of informant that it was co-accused Manu, who gave dagger blow causing death of the deceased, whereas, co-accused Imran gave lathi blow causing head injury to the informant. Moreover, co-accused Hitaka @ Pradeep Kumar and Saheb Hussain have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Barhariya
