This writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of pre-mature release of the petitioner in the light of the Government order applicable in the case of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that recommendation for release of all of the seven prisoners has already been made by the State Sentence Remission Board in its meeting held on
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.396 of 2017 dt.27-04-2017 2/2 07.04.2017. Such decisions with respect to the persons concerned are available at Item nos. 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 and 43. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent-authorities to take consequential steps with respect to the recommendation made by the State Sentence Remission Board expeditiously.
This disposes of the writ application.
