Petitioner is accused in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 43 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 409/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. He is a man of clean antecedent. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that petitioner has never withdrawn the money during his charge as Headmaster. Petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2018.
