ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-09-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 07.09.2010 by which the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur, has refused to discharge the Petitioner in Sessions Trial No.29 of 2010 arising out of Rosera P.S. Case No.39 of 2008. Considering that the Petitioners seek quashing on disputed question of facts which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P. C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this
