Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2016 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015 registered under Sections 324, 307, 387, 504, 109, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. No occurrence has taken place as alleged in the F.I.R. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidences. Charges have not been framed as yet. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last seven months.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has submitted that the

No.49658 of 2016 (7) dt.07-03-2017 petitioner, having criminal antecedents. is named in the F.I.R. and opposed the prayed for bail Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
