2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 379, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant has alleged that the mining inspector had seized a truck, loaded with sand, and parked it outside the police station and it is alleged that this petitioner, who is owner of said truck, took away the vehicle without submitting fine.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
